Part one of 2012 chase account published

Just published part one of the 2012 Virginia stormchase account.  I decided to publish it as a FB note and thus will break the overall account into several parts.  It has been a good review of the year's activity - or lack thereof - and may prove to be a precursor to a winter 2012-13 book publishing effort.
